Good question! The annual cost of a full-time senior-level YouTube strategist now exceeds £75,000 a year. You also may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilise. With the monthly plan, you can cancel and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying your strategist when you have work available for them.

Once subscribed, you're able to add as many strategy requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.

On average, most requests are completed in two days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.

Grow is actually an agency of one. This means you'll work directly with me, Seb Losardo, founder of Grow.

Grow offers a lot of flexibility in how your strategy requests are made. You can write a brief, share Google files or paste YouTube links as references to the type of content you'd like to create. Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Notion, it's fair game.
